Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LAX Hub mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

LAX Hub provides a team management platform for lacrosse teams, including features for roster management, game scheduling, live scorekeeping, statistics tracking, and live streaming. The Service is available through mobile applications and a web interface.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Team Management

When you create or manage a team on LAX Hub, you represent that you have the authority to do so (e.g., as a coach, team administrator, or club official). You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining appropriate consent before adding team members, especially for minors
  • Ensuring that information about minors is entered by authorized adults only
  • Managing team member permissions appropriately
  • Complying with your organization's policies regarding data collection

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including team information, player profiles, photos, and game data. By submitting User Content, you grant LAX Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
  • The User Content does not violate any third party's rights
  • You have obtained consent to share any photos or personal information of others

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose not authorized by us
  • Impersonate any person or entity

Subscription and Payments

LAX Hub offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

Live Streaming

If you use LAX Hub's live streaming feature, you agree to:

  • Obtain appropriate consent from all individuals who may appear in streams
  • Comply with venue policies regarding recording and streaming
  • Not stream content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
  • Accept responsibility for all content in your streams

LAX Hub reserves the right to terminate streams that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by LAX Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of statistics, scores, or other data entered by users. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information important to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAX HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAX Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LAX Hub regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
